This release is as far as I can take it at this point.
It is compiled for WPF but should work for Silverlight too if you change the references and recompile it

The ruby specific code has been moved to a Formatter.
The attributes are now implemented as a collection for xaml so the consumer of the DLR control doesn't need to know the language the control is written in.
